• Review the SF’s Community Model Canvas plan

• Discuss measures of progress

  • What are the key outputs of our Shared Future?

  • If ‘what gets measured, gets managed,’ what is the most important change we would want to see if our Shared Future is successful?

  • Which metrics would truly reflect progress towards this Shared Future’s goals?
