Impact Pack

The Impact Pack is a card deck based on extensive research with documentary filmmakers, journalists, interactive producers, and others. It is produced by Dot Connector studio, which is led by Jessica Clark, and the pack is updated in dialogue with the field as media evolves. Since 2017, the deck has been making its way around the globe, and can can help you think through your goals, weigh the merits of various platforms, and define your relationships with audiences. In this Incubator, we will be using the pack to help each group think through possible media platforms for their project(s), and collaborate with one another to understand how your projects might fill cultural or coverage gaps in the nonfiction media, journalism, and storytelling ecosystems.
